JLN Construction Services, LLC (JLN) was established in January of 1997.  The company's head office is located in the Hub-Zone Baltimore, Maryland.  JLN has grown in value and size through detailed orientation, planning and execution of projects. JLN is certified by the Federal Government as an 8A, Hub Zone and SBA firm. Also JLN is certified in the State of Maryland and the State of New York as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).

 

JLN performs pre construction services, construction management, general construction, design build, inspection, testing and related consulting services to meet our clients' construction needs.  JLN is also involved in feasibility studies, planning, development and maintenance management.

 

JLN has performed services as a joint venture as well as a minority sub contractor on various projects for various agencies.  JLN places a lot of emphasis on the quality of their services and work very hard to satisfy their clients. At JLN, the safety of our staff & project is never undermined.  JLN's team is committed to performing projects in a safe environment that is consistent with good construction practices.  We take safety at high standards as a normal responsibility and incorporate safety agenda in our weekly strategy meetings.  We are proactive on safety issues affecting our staff and others who are involved in any of our projects. 

 

Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule is very important to the clients and our team, therefore close attention is paid to CPM and completion date. Clients are debriefed on a constant basis so that they are intoned with the progress of the project.
